The Complete Turnkey Package Includes:

· Pro's Edge Quality Homes will pull all of the necessary permits for you including the Certificate of Occupancy

· Complete delivery and set up of modular home

· Site work, footings, foundation with exterior waterproofing, water tie-in and septic or town sewer hook up

· Basement complete with; lighting, stairs with railing and insulation

· Bulkhead with metal doors with stairs and an insulated entrance door with deadbolt

· Concrete floor (slab) on crushed stone and a 6 ml. plastic vapor barrier

· Buderus energy efficient cast iron gas or oil forced hot water boiler, including a Super Stor indirect domestic hot water tank with a power vent and a 275 gallon oil tank (if oil) with all hook ups

· Demolition (if applicable)

· Gas hookup (if applicable)

· AC (if applicable)

· Complete plumbing and electrical connections and tested

· Outside freeze proof bibs (2)

· Outdoor receptacles (2)

· Door chimes

· We will provide exterior stairs made of pressure treated wood with composite decking

· All exterior and interior finish work

· Walls have 2 coats of primer paint

· Exterior mast kit for power company hook up

· All our homes meet or exceed state building codes

· 100% move in condition
